Comments: This is a bike rider doing what appears to be a simple training ride. What isn't so normal however is that he is training just north of Kona, Hawaii, on the same road that the Ironman Triathlon uses for the bike portion of it's race. That friendly terrain on each side is the famous and unforgiving lava field that makes the Hawaii Ironman a race to truly be respected.
